All rates are based on double occupancy, with each additional guest at USD $20 extra per night. Children 12 years of age and under, stay at no additional charge, when accompanied by a paying adult in the same room. ALL RATES ARE QUOTED IN US AND EC DOLLARS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

*Please Note: Narakiel's Inn is a 2-floor WALK-UP. The Inn has a 2-Night Minimum Stay Policy.

SPECIAL OFFERS:

- Get a 10% discount per reservation for any stay of 7 nights or over

- For extended stays of two or more weeks, discounted rates can be negotiated

- Nightly rates may also be negotiable under other specified circumstances

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Standard Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival and standard Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. However, special arrangements can be made if you require an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time. If you anticipate that an adjustment in your check-in or check-out time will be necessary, please inform us ahead of time so that we can better accommodate your needs.

PAYMENT POLICY:

At the time of booking, reservations are secured with a deposit of 50% of the total cost. In the case of guests staying for 2 nights or less, the full amount due must be paid to secure the reservation. The deposit payment is to be made via PayPal, by using a PayPal account or credit card (also through PayPal) to secure reservation. However, we understand that some of our guests may not have access to a US, Canadian or EU credit card, and therefore we also provide the option of payment of the 50% deposit via Western Union.

Once the 50% deposit has been made, the balance should be paid based on the agreed upon nightly rate. Your balance can be made either in cash or via PayPal. However, if PayPal is used, you will also be required to cover related fees charged to Narakiel's Inn by PayPal (generally 2 - 3% of total).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

The 50% deposit required to secure a reservation is 100% refundable if cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations made less than 21 days but greater than 2 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded, less up to 2 nights depending on how close to arrival date cancellation is made. Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to scheduled arrival and "No Shows" will be charged up to 3 nights depending on the length of scheduled stay.
